Marcus Borg ‘Being Christian in the 21st Century’
Friday 10th September 2010 - Sunday 12th September 2010

PCN Britain is delighted to welcome back to the UK Marcus Borg, author of the bestselling Meeting Jesus Again for the First Time, The God We Never Knew, The Heart of Christianity and many other publications.

Marcus J. Borg is Hundere Distinguished Professor of Religion and Culture at Oregon State University. His writings have given progressive thinking Christians the tools to rebuild their Christian faith with integrity and relevance for the twenty first century. Borg brings a fresh understanding of Jesus, an intelligent reading afresh of the scriptures and an exciting journey into the mystery of God.

Walter Wink writes: ‘In every generation there is a handful of writers of whom it can be said, Read everything they write. Marcus Borg is one of these today’

PCN Britain is also very pleased that our host church is St John’s Church in Princess Street Edinburgh, at the heart of this beautiful and exciting city. Come and enjoy a stimulating weekend and meet old friends and make new ones in this fine setting.
